Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact Beginner’s Botany as soon as possible after placing your order.
Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, an order may not be cancellable once it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.
Because some orders may be fulfilled by third-party plant suppliers, processing may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot generally be cancelled.
If you no longer want an order after it has shipped, please contact us for assistance. Any available resolution will be handled according to our applicable return and refund policies.
Incorrect Information
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or other order information, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered fulfillment.
