Welcome to our shop! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if an item becomes unavailable, is incorrectly listed, or circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already entered the processing or shipping stage.
Product Information
We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, measurements, and information for all products. Because many of our products are handmade or living plants, natural variations may occur.
Plant appearance, size, color, leaf shape, and growth patterns may vary from the photographs shown. Plants are living products and may change between the time they are listed and the time they arrive.
Shipping
We carefully package orders to help ensure they arrive safely. Once a package has been shipped, delivery times and handling are controlled by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
For live plants, please retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery. Leaving plants in extreme temperatures for an extended period may cause damage.
Live Plants
Live plants are shipped at the customer's own risk once they have been properly packaged and handed over to the shipping carrier. We take reasonable care to package plants securely and appropriately for shipment.
Plants may experience some stress during shipping, including drooping, leaf movement, minor damage, or temporary changes in appearance. These conditions do not necessarily mean the plant is unhealthy and may resolve with proper care and acclimation.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns and refunds are not automatically guaranteed. Requests involving plants or other products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any request for a return, refund, replacement, or other resolution must comply with the applicable policies listed on our website.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is another issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Documentation, including photographs and/or video, may be required so that we can properly evaluate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, handling, environmental conditions, delays after delivery, failure to retrieve a package promptly, or conditions outside of our control.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and our shop policies at any time. Updated policies will apply to orders placed after the updated policies are posted.
